Eimear O’Halloran and Dave O’Mahony founded SoundBoard to close the gap between potential and performance for ambitious professionals. With decades of experience each in high-growth, high-pressure commercial environments, both Eimear and Dave have led teams, scaled businesses, and navigated the realities of leadership. Their careers span industries including hospitality tech, mar tech and e-commerce, giving them firsthand insight into the challenges facing today’s up-and-coming talent.

What they saw again and again was incredibly talented people waiting to be developed, waiting for their next opportunity to grow.They believed there had to be another way. They created SoundBoard to flip that dynamic. Instead of waiting, members are empowered to build their own professional momentum—with coaching, support, and a community that accelerates their growth and gives them a commercial edge.
